Q: What age is this book for?
A: The large-format pages are designed for kids 6+ to use independently. But so many families write us love letters saying it’s their go-to with toddlers at bedtime! (Safety tested for ages 3+.) Research shows the number of words kids know entering kindergarten can predict life success—so the earlier they’re exposed, the better.
Q: How does it work?
A: Simply turn it on (on/off switch safely hidden on back cover under flap), touch the page number at top of any page to “wake it up,” and then touch any word or picture.
No Wi-Fi, pens, or downloads—just touch the paper with your finger and the book talks back.
Q: Is it hard to press?
A: It’s not hard—just different. Kids are activating a small circular trigger behind each image, not a screen. That purposeful play is by design: it builds fine motor strength, focus, and confidence. Most kids pick it up quickly and love the feeling of making the book “talk.”
Q: How long do the batteries last?
A: The book runs on 3 AAA batteries (included). With our smart snooze mode (yes, it actually snores!), they last for weeks—even with daily play.
